THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

PREPARE FOR YOUR INTERVIEW

A typical hiring process at Transcelestial goes in 4 steps:

1. Exploratory interview - a short open discussion with one of our recruiters to assess your overall fit with the role and the company

2. Technical assessment - an in-depth assessment of your skills. It usually bears the form of a concrete scenario: coding exercise, business plan…

3. Team-fit interview - held by another member of the team, the goal is to assess your soft skills and understand if the way you work matches with us

4. Founder meet-up: depending on the role, it can either be an in-depth discussion about how you plan to build the role or a shorter open discussion with one of our co-founders. Either way, it is always a great opportunity to learn more about the company and address any questions you may have!
